Madison Cario - Director
Madison Cario arrives at Georgia Tech from The Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was named director of Student Engagement last year. She has served as the Director of Special Artistic Initiatives for the past four years, as well as the Director of Operations and Facilities for the past seven years. Cario holds a Master of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Communication, Summa Cum Laude, from Temple University.
Thomas Ames – Theatre Production Manager
Thomas comes to the Office of the Arts from the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was the Associate Director of Operations for the past 18 years. Before that tenure, his accomplishments include over six years as technician and lighting designer in Atlantic City casino showrooms, summer stock in Stockbridge, MA at the Berkshire Theatre Festival, and having been educated at Emerson College in Boston.
Paul Cottongim - Operations Manager/Technical Director
Paul Cottongim has worked as Technical Director at the Ferst Center for the Arts since 2007 and has served as Interim Operations Manager. He has over 32 years of experience in technical theatre production, including working at most of the theatres in the Atlanta area.
Chris Dreger - Client and Patron Services Manager
Chris Dreger has worked for the Ferst Center for over 20 years, serving as Drama Camp Coordinator, Box Office Manager and now as Client and Patron Services Manager overseeing event management and the Box Office. She has served as President of GAPTA (Georgia Professional Ticketing Association), as Secretary and Treasurer of GAPTA, and is a member of the International Ticketing Association, INTIX.
Stephanie Lee - Marketing And Public Relations Director
Stephanie Lee has over 25 years of arts management, marketing and PR experience. She has served as the Ferst Center's Marketing Director since 2002 and has served as Interim Director. Previously she worked at the Alliance Theatre Company as Director of Communications for five years and as Director of Youth Programs for 8 years. She has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Georgia.
Blake Buford - Marketing Specialist
Blake Buford manages marketing and public relations initiatives, the summer camp program, and the Ferst Center for the Arts' visual arts galleries for the Office of the Arts. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Shorter University.
Dorcas Jones - Administrative Assistant
Dorcas Jones received her Bachelor of Science degree from Emory University where she majored in African American Studies. While at Emory University, she was the Program Administrative Assistant fro the James Weldon Johnson Institute for the Study of Race and Difference.
Jennifer Kimball - Student and Artist Engagement Coordinator
Jennifer Kimball comes to Georgia Tech with 15+ years experience in theatre tech and production. She has worked extensively with arts outreach and community engagement. She holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Comparative Languages from Berry College.
Mary Holloway - Patron and Events Services Coordinator - Mary Holloway has over 8 1/2 years of experience as House Manager at The Ferst Center for the Arts. She has Over 30 years of experience in middle management and customer service. She holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Sociology from Alabama A. & M. University in Huntsville Alabama and has over 15 years of experience as a performing artist.
