Memorial and Tribute Funds
Memorial and tribute funds provide an opportunity to celebrate milestones such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and graduations. They also can be a way to honor the memory of friends and relatives. An honor or memorial gift enables you to express your feelings in a truly distinctive and memorable way. Contributions are placed in the FerstCenter's endowment, where they help fund programs in perpetuity. Minimum gifts of $100 are welcome.
Planned Giving
Planned giving supports the Ferst Center for the Arts
future while providing financial benefits to donors and
their families. The Ferst Center development office will
help you tailor a plan for your circumstances and objectives.
We depend on lasting gifts to help fund our diverse cultural programs and activities. Bequests and planned gifts, also known as deferred gifts, are the greatest source of security for the Centers future. Including the Ferst Center for the Arts in your estate plans will allow you to play a vital and permanent role in orchestra's future.
In addition to providing much-needed support for the Center and its programs, a deferred gift may bring significant benefits for you and your family. These include, but are not limited to, tax-favorable annual income for life, estate tax relief, and favorable capital gains. Planned giving arrangements include bequests, charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, gifts of real estate, and more.
Please consider supporting the Center's future through a provision in your estate plans and kindly let us know if you have already done so.
